From first call to handover

1. You get in touch

   Call, or send the form. We answer every enquiry within two business hours during working hours.

2. Free on-site measure

   We look at the floor, the subfloor and the access, take moisture readings where they matter, and talk through the options — including the cheaper ones.

3. Itemised written quote

   Product named specifically, subfloor preparation as its own line, removal and disposal stated, and the exclusions listed. No variations without your written approval.

4. Booked in

   A date confirmed, materials ordered and delivered to acclimatise where the product needs it. For apartments, the strata paperwork goes in at this point.

5. The work

   Site protected, dust extraction running, broom-clean at the end of each day. You know how many days it will take before we start.

6. Walk-through and handover

   We walk the floor with you before asking for the balance, and leave written care instructions with the actual dates for your job.
